F-OVAL-B hand wash basin

Franke Model F-Oval-B stainless steel basin with dimensions 420 x 336 x 130 mm deep. Manufactured from Grade 304 (18/10) Stainless Steel, 1,2 mm gauge (stainless steel thickness). The F-Oval-B includes a one piece pressed bowl, 360 x 280 x 130 mm deep with a 40 mm waste outlet (waste not included), with a 30 mm splash back and 30 mm round apron. The stainless steel hand wash basin does not have an overflow. The Oval B is supplied with stainless steel gallows brackets (Order code: F-OVAL-B) (Factory codes: 357454 / 2520027). The Oval B hand wash basin is designed to be fixed to the wall with 4 x 6 mm anchor bolts (Not supplied). Optional Extras: (Please Specify when ordering): One or two tap holes punched.

The Oval B hand wash basin is often used in the food and mining industry in combination with a hands free tap systems such as foot or knee valves. With this configuration a deck mounted spout is installed on the basin. The most popular foot valve is the C-BFV. Popular knee operated valves are the C-KV.  These valves only supply cold water or pre-mixed water (with the CB-THERM-15, or W-15/3). The Oval B’s strength is in its fully closed gallows brackets and 1.2mm thick stainless steel making it highly vandal resistant.

F-OVAL-A hand wash basin

Oval A Wash Hand Basin.  Franke Model Oval A Wash Hand Basins, 420 x 340 x 185 mm deep. Manufactured from Grade 304 (18/10) Stainless Steel, 1,2 mm gauge. Unit to include a one piece pressed bowl, 360 x 280 x 130 mm deep with a 40 mm waste outlet, with a 50 mm splashback and 100 mm rounded apron. Basin to be fixed to the wall with 4 x 6 mm anchor bolts (bolts elsewhere measured).

The Oval A hand wash basin is ideal for commercial and industrial applications such as in factories, mining, food processing plants, mobile sanitary units such as modified containers. The Oval A hand wash basin has limited space for two pillar taps or one hot/cold tap mixer such as the CO-EL-1000 sensor tap  A soap dispenser can also be installed with a hot/cold tap mixer.

The Oval A hand wash basin is designed to be installed against a solid wall (either steel or double brick).  If installing the unit against a dry wall the inside must re-enforced to handle the weight of the basin.

F-FSW and F-FSWSB Heavy duty hand wash basins

The F-FSW heavy duty hand wash basin comes in two models, one with a 150 mm splashback (FSWSB) and the other without (FSW). Both models consist of a surround wall mount basin with dimensions  390 x 320 x 250 mm The FSW heavy duty hand wash basin is manufactured from 1.2 mm thick grade 304 (18/10) satin finished Stainless Steel. Both models include a pressed bowl 360 x 320 x 130 mm deep with a 40mm waste outlet (waste not supplied) and a polished outer casing with a removable base plate. The FSW heavy duty hand wash basin is supplied with two 25 x 6mm fixing brackets to secure the basin to the wall. Fixing bracket fixed to the wall with 4 x 6mm anchor bolts. The FSW heavy duty hand wash basin is designed for industrial and commercial use where some form of vandalism is prevalent.

Psychiatric ward basin – SS-OVAL-KS

The SS-OVAL-KS commercial hand wash basin consist of a surround wall mount basin with dimensions 485 x 335 x 300 mm. The SS-OVAL-KS psychiatric ward wash basin is manufactured from 1.2 mm thick grade 304 (18/10) polished Stainless Steel. The pressed bowl is 435 x 275 x 170 mm deep with a 40mm waste outlet (waste not supplied) and a polished outer casing with a removable base plate. The psychiatric basin is fixed to the wall with the integrated brackets at the back of the basin. Fixing screws not supplied.

Stainless steel corner basin

Stainless steel corner basin designed for industrial and commercial use.  Standard model is 400 x 400 mm with a bowl size of 300 mm in diameter. Overflow is optional. The stainless steel corner basin is designed to be wall mounted with the stainless steel gallows brackets (however these can be removed on request). If the gallows brackets are not used the basin is mounted to the wall via holes in the splashback.

The stainless steel corner basin is ideal where space is at a premium. Suitable taps are standard mixers (hot and cold), demand or metered taps, foot valves combined with a gooseneck spout for hands free washing.

The basin is made on order and can be customized to an extent.

Free standing hand wash basin SS-WB001-FS

Model SS-WB001-FS Stainless steel free standing hand wash basin, 535 x 420 x 150 mm deep. The unit is manufactured from a high grade austenitic Stainless Steel, 0,8 mm gauge. The basin includes a pressed bowl 442 x 270 x 172 mm deep with a 40 mm waste outlet and 30 mm apron all round.

The basin is fixed to a set of square stainless steel adjustable feet 800 mm high. Each foot can be adjusted by ±20 mm to compensate for uneven floors.

Austenitic Stainless Steel contains high amounts of chromium and nickel and is the most corrosion resistant, ductile, and weldable type of stainless steel. It is used mainly for heavy duty work in commercial and industrial applications where durability and hygiene is of utmost importance

 

Under counter stainless steel basin F-UM-BASIN

The under counter (or undermount basin) is ideal for hospitals, clinics, public rest rooms, petrol stations, schools and sports stadiums. This is a very underestimated commercial stainless steel basin.  Commercial and industrial applications of hand wash basins quite often involve protection against vandalism and theft.  The under counter basin provides the landlord maximum protection against negative elements since the basin is installed under the counter.  It cannot be removed unless the counter top is removed.  Not only does it provide maximum security, but it also provides maximum hygiene in terms of cleaning the surface of the washroom. Unlike drop-in basins, under counter basin installations provide a clean surface to clean and maintain hygiene. The under counter basin also provides more freedom to choose between the various pillar taps and mixers available on the market.  The most popular option is installing a single tap mixer at the center of the under counter basin. This can be either a standard basin mixer or an industrial pillar type self closing tap (either via IR (infra red) or self closing taps).
